About me
Originally from Poland, based in Berlin/Germany, a freelance yoga instructor (working mostly with corporate and private clients), feeling at home with fiery and dynamic Vinyasa Power Flow, teaching also yin yoga and meditation, running yoga retreats in different locations in Europe and in Nepal. Besides, I’m a life coach too (Transformation & Alignment Coach to be precise) incorporating some of the coaching tools and practices into my yoga classes.
About the Retreat
I designed this 5 days getaway especially for you to disconnect from the digital/ busy urban life, to slow down for some time, to get into the healing beauty of nature, to breathe, to reconnect with yourself, to relax, rejuvenate and restore your energy.
Your 5 day retreat will be filled with yoga, meditation, yoga philosophy, amazing local and organic food, walks, jogging in nature (optional), laughters (guaranteed!) and simply an unforgettable experience. Each day we will connect with a different element (earth, water, air and fire) having some dedicated and curated practices each day eg. a sauna evening (and cooling down in a biopool), a bonfire and more. Our Location
Enxara Retreat Center in the beautiful, picturesque, hilly region of Mafra which is only 30min away from Lisbon, Portugal and 20min from the Atlantic coast. The area is surrounded by green hills and fields and every corner is a delight of lush nature. What is more, you will get the warm sun and a gentle breeze embracing your skin on a daily.
The Retreat Center’s property is isolated and perfect for those in search of silence, seclusion and inner peace.
The place with its charm, curated design and a huge, lush, scenic garden/ outside area will offer you all that you need (and more ;)). The house has been renovated and converted into a stunning retreat centre to fully enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings.
It offers various double/ triple/ quadruple rooms, yurts and suites, enjoyable living/chill areas, sauna with a biopool, a tea house, a 1:1 therapy/ massage room, 8ha of land, a fully equipped kitchen, own chef and vegetable garden, inside and outside dining spaces, terraces as well as gorgeous views of the peaceful surroundings as well as calming sounds of nature.
We will be practicing in one of the 3 beautiful circular practice rooms/shalas (108m2) which is fully equipped with a sound system, heating/cooling, yoga equipment, reclined chairs, etc. and has an amazing view over the nearby nature.

– Early Bird: 666 EUR for yurts/ 777 EUR for rooms- registration until July 15th, 2024
– Regular Price: 777 EUR for yurts/ 888 EUR for rooms
– 100 EUR extra for a suite with a private bathroom

Not included:
– Transportation to Portugal/ the retreat location
– Travel insurance (**)* Cancelation policy
– In case of cancelation of the retreat from my side you will get a full refund
– 50% refund of the deposit if you cancel more than 8 weeks before the retreat
– No refund for cancellations from your side if made less than 8 weeks before the retreat.** A travel insurance is recommended to make sure you won’t lose money for your transportation, flights or accommodation before/after the retreat in case of any unexpected circumstances
